Bear's Garlic

Common Name: Bear's Garlic

Latin: Allium ursinum

This herb has many of same properties as "regular" garlic. It is often used to help with digestive issues. It is also used to treat bacterial and fungal infections, and is popular blood cleanser and antioxidant. This herb offers a higher sulfur content which helps with a wide variety of conditions, particularly the removal of heavy metal accumulation in the body; it is also touts the highest adenosine level known in the plant kingdom. Adenosine is thought to play a major role in regulating tachycardia and high blood pressure. In many European countries it is commonly used in cooking.
